Every job at Auto Perfection starts the same way: the car comes under the hexagon lights in the bay at 400 High St and gets looked over panel by panel. What the paint needs decides what comes next, so the three jobs that shape the finish come first below. Film, dents, boats, bikes and the small fixes follow.
Do I need correction before a coating?
Yes. A coating or film seals in whatever is under it, so the order is a detail, then paint correction, then protection.
Done before any protection
Paint correction
Swirls, wash marring and scratches taken out by hand wash, clay bar and machine polisher. The extra charge is set at drop-off, once the paint has been seen under the light.

Ceramic coating
A certified installer applies the coating over corrected paint. Quoted by phone, with a top-coat recommended after six to seven months.

Booking runs through the request form with your date, your car and your drop-off time. Prefer a person? Call or text the shop.
Our listed prices are written for cars in moderate condition and every one is a minimum. Heavy pet hair, tar, tree sap, stains or oxidation are priced on top, and the final number depends on your car's size and condition when Dan sees it at drop-off.
Yes. The coating locks in whatever is under it, so an exterior detail and paint correction come first. Coatings start from $700 plus the detail package you choose, and we quote by phone. We recommend a top-coat after six to seven months.
Llumar film, which is self-healing. Most customers protect the bumpers, fenders, hood, roof, mirrors and doors, and some wrap the whole car. PPF is quoted per vehicle, so call (908) 813-1130 or send the make, model and the areas you want covered.
No, dent removal is by appointment only. It starts at $125 per panel, usually takes about an hour or less, and needs no repaint, so nothing shows up on a Carfax report.
Yes. Boats are priced by the foot, from a $20 per foot wash to oxidation removal from $45 per foot. Jet skis start at $79 for a detail wax. A full motorcycle detail is $199 and up and takes about four to six hours.
